The Arthritis Society Aquatic Program

The Arthritis Society Aquatic program is a recreational program conducted in the geo-thermal mineral pool. The program was designed by the Canadian Arthritis Society and is open to anyone. It provides the opportunity for persons to meet others, improve their health and have fun.

The program is directed towards helping individuals with arthritis to relieve pain, stiffness, to increase flexibility, improve balance and to help you relax and sleep better. New members are always welcome. We do suggest that interested people speak to a physician before beginning any physical activity or exercise program.

Monday through Thursday 11am – 11:45am
September 12th, 2011 – April 27th, 2012

Program Information

All classes are Complimentary to hotel guests. The Cost is $8.00* to the public.
